Who we are

Waitlist: what we collect and why
When you join the waitlist we store your email address (required), your name and company if you choose to give them, your consent, and the date and time of sign-up. We do not store your IP address with your sign-up. We use this only to email you about Emona MFT early access, the launch and the waitlist discount.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Waitlist details are stored only on our own server, located in [country / hosting provider]. No external form, email or analytics service receives them. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone. [If you later use an email service to send the launch email, name it here.]
How long we keep it
We keep your details until Emona MFT launches and the early-access offer ends, and at most [12 months] after sign-up, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
Website logs, cookies and tracking
Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting, for [retention period]. To prevent abuse, the server briefly counts requests per IP address in memory to limit repeated sign-ups. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party fonts.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (stored for up to 2 years) and processes your IP address and device information; Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). We use Google Consent Mode with all storage denied by default: the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set until you click "Accept all" or enable analytics in the settings. Advertising features are not used.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key emona_consent); this is strictly necessary and needs no consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via , also linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies from this site.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email [privacy@bluegem.sk]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
